Warm up a pea-sized dollop of the cream in your hands and apply a thin layer to your little one. Very effective for adults and children of any age. Will help soothe various baby skin ailments (diaper rash, eczema), nourish dry skin, and repair cracked nipples for mommy. Also can be used as a daily facial moisturizer. A small amount goes a very long way!
